Our Story

Our story began in 1999, when a team of healthcare and business professionals came together with a shared belief: that better health creates stronger people, stronger organisations and a stronger society.

From the beginning, we recognised that health and wellbeing could not be managed in isolation. Organisations needed a more proactive, integrated approach, one that looked beyond individual interventions to understand and manage the full spectrum of health risks affecting their people.

That belief shaped Proactive Health Solutions.

Over more than two decades, we have grown from our South African roots into a leading black-owned provider of integrated health, wellness and employee support solutions. Along the way, we have continued to evolve, expanding our expertise, embracing innovation and developing end-to-end solutions that respond to the changing needs of organisations and their people.
